    Reward Action
    1. Residents who contribute to protect of dormitory safety and facility maintenance will be assessed merits.
    • Reporting those who violated the regulation (Non-resident access, drinking alcohol, smoking etc) Points provided only when upon incident confirmation, anonymity will be protected
    		 + 2
    • Act for secure residents' living and for conserve facilities (Fire suppression, Report on the safety accident, emergency rescue, etc)
    		 + 3
    2. Residents who contributes to the development of culture for dormitory
    • Applicants for dormitory events (only for rewarding events)
    		 + 1 ~ 3
    3. Residents who conduct exemplary behavior within the dormitory community
    • Finding lost items and reporting to the office
    		 + 1
    • Participating in the dormitory volunteer program or acting exemplary conduct
    		 + 1 ~ 3
    • The cleanliness of the inside of the room when regular or sudden inspection
    		 + 3
    4. If the director of dormitory acknowledges that it is an example of other residents, points can be given from 1 point to 5 points.

    1. Residents who iolate universally common notion and severe unethical behavior will be assessed demerits.
    • All catering, misfiring, and arson (including bringing in related goods)
    		 - 10
    • Drugs, gambling, assault, theft, Sexual abuse, sexual harassment, sexual violence in the dormitory
    		 - 10
    • Providing accommodation to non-residents or transferring or renting to others
    		 - 10
    • Smoking inside of dormitory (room, hallway, common room, etc.)
    		 - 8
    • Illegal use of acquired key and illegal key reproduction
    		 - 8
    2. Residents who is against keeping the public safety and maintanance of order will be assessed demerits.
    • Attempting to enter the other genders and a non-resident
    		 - 10
    • Deliberately destroying public goods and facilities in the dormitory
    		 - 10
    • Taking alcoholic beverage to the room / drinking it in the room
    		 - 5
    • Making excessive noise that cause to other residents will be subject to disciplinary action (if reported)
    		 - 5
    • Alteration of the room without permission
    		- 5
    • Importing and breeding pets (mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, orchids, etc.)
    		 - 5
    • Unauthorized entry or use of unlicensed electric appliances (electric stove, over 50L refrigerator, etc.)
    		 - 5
    • Use of attachments (nails, stickers, unauthorized posts, etc.), unauthorized tampering with graffiti and announcements
    		 - 3
    3. Residents who do dot comply with the residents' obligations will be assessed demerits and/or disciplinary action
    • Disobedience or noncompliance with staff or supervisor's instructions
    		 - 10
    • Unauthorized residence or check-out (Not return a room key or not remove personal belongings within announced period)
    		 - 10
    • Having a private lesson in dormitory and commercial activities in dormitory
    		 - 8
    • Using a dormitory furniture outside or changing the original arrangement inside of room
    		 - 5
    • Violation of parking policies (Vehicles, Motor cycles, bicycles in areas other than designated areas)(in-door possession / hall)
    		 - 5
    • Opening / acquiring of another resident's mail without permission
    		 - 5
    • Recording false statement of the absence form (room inspection)
    		 - 5
    • No attending routine inspection (No excuse will be allowed besides academic calendar)

    • Uncleanliness (room, bathroom) on the occasion of the routine/non-routine inspection

    • Insertion of substances in the in-door key holder
    		 - 3
    • Eating food out of approved areas
    		 - 3
    • Bringing and carrying food in the room
      But, sandwich, burger, pizza, delivery chicken, fruit, nut, snacks and beverage are allowed. (Pizza and delivery chicken are allowed only in the lounge room. It it not allowed to bring them in your room.)

    • No entering or exiting between 02:00~05:00 AM Without permission
    		 - 2
    • Entering or exiting the dormitory without biometrics way

    • Use of a master key due to leaving the key in the room
    		 - 1
    • Abandoning personal items in shared space (corridor / stairways / lounge / laundry room)
    		 - 1
    • Inappropriate attire inside the doom moving around (dressed in underwear or pajamas)
    		 - 1
    • Intentionally delaying the submission of dormitory documents(Weekly paid)

    4. Director of dormitory's penalties for other disciplinary action
    5. Residents who gain total penalty of 10 points or more will be terminated of occupancy(Re-admission to the 2nd dormitory or Woojungwon is forbidden)
